The owner of www.lmcomboni.org (and all subdomains and directories included under it) are the Comboni Lay Missionaries (hereinafter CLM), linked to the institute of the Comboni Missionaries of the Heart of Jesus and legally dependent on them, domiciled for these purposes at Calle Arturo Soria 101 in Madrid (Spain), registered in the registry of religious entities with the number 576-a of the special section, Group B, (Nº 576-a/B).

What is personal data?

The personal data is your full name and email that we request to be able to subscribe to the blog.

Also postal address, identification document or bank account number if at any time we received a donation on your part or you requested some information that required the knowledge of that data. All of them provided at all times by you.

Likewise, we use cookies to have a better experience in the use.

How have we obtained your personal data?

We have obtained your personal data through the previous relationships you have maintained with the CLM, or because of the relationships you maintain with us, either because of your status as a subscriber, because you were a donor or participated in any of our campaigns, or for having requested that we send you information about our activities, campaigns and initiatives (usually subscribing to our blog).

Purposes for using information

The personal data that you have given us will be treated with the purpose of offering you information about activities and information of interest, such as sending new entries from our blog to which you have registered. Automated decisions will not be made on our side, but we will use your data only to send you the aforementioned information. We do not elaborate profiles.
We need this information to be able to loan you the requested information (for example send you the new post to your email).

Additionally, when you visit our website, certain information is automatically stored for technical reasons such as the IP address assigned by your Internet access provider through cookies that never collect personal data.

After the approval of your comment, the image of your profile is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the web you should avoid uploading images with location data (GPS EXIF) included. Visitors to the web can download and extract any location data from the web images.

Cookies

As we explained before, if you leave a comment on our site you can choose to save your name, email address and web in cookies. This is for your convenience, so you do not have to re-fill your data when you leave another comment. These cookies will last one year.

To guarantee the security of your data:

Security Logs: The IP address of the visitors, the ID of the connected users and the username of the access attempts are registered conditionally to check for malicious activity and protect the site from specific types of attacks. Examples of conditions in which registration is made are access attempts, disconnection requests, suspicious URL requests, changes in site content, and password changes. This information is kept for 30 days.

We do not send personal information to Sucuri; however, Sucuri may find publicly published personal information (such as the one in the comments) during its analysis. How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept indefinitely to what you consent to the acceptance of this Data Protection Policy, as long as the deletion is not requested by the person concerned.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is based on the consent that is requested.

To whom will we communicate your data?

We will not transfer your personal data to third parties, unless we are bound by law.

What are your rights when you provide us with your information?

Modification of the privacy policy

We reserve the right to modify the Privacy Policy, for providing new services, motivated by a legislative, jurisprudential or doctrinal change of the European Union on Data Protection.

Any modification of the Privacy Policy will be published at least ten days before its effective application. The use of our website and its subdomains after said changes will imply acceptance of them.
